However, you can request international delivery by contacting the store team via WhatsApp to obtain information about the product's weight and pricing from international shipping agents not currently registered on the store.

2. **What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?**

   - You should refer to the return policy to understand the conditions. If it is agreed that the product will be returned due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost to the company and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. However, the cost of the product itself will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.
